Lab Test Cancellations
Before Sample Collection
Full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.
After Phlebotomist Arrival
A visiting charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund if the cancellation happens after the phlebotomist reaches your location.
Doctor Consultations
Cancel 12+ hours before100% Refund
Cancel 2-12 hours before50% Refund
Cancel less than 2 hours or No-showNo Refund
How Refunds are Processed
Once a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
